What is Ioza Learning?

Ioza Learning is where we teach kids age 8 to 18 real life 21st century skills to solve real world problem. We are India’s first live academy for sexual & menstrual health for kids, pre-teen and teenagers.

21st century skills are those skills, our students will need to be successful in an increasingly interconnected and complex world, which ideally should be taught at school. However, the Indian education institutions doesn’t prepare the young kids of today to face the challenges of tomorrow.

In this 21st century fast-paced world, Children are devoid of being taught those essential skills which shall enable them to thrive and succeed in this immensely competitive world. Young people in India lack access to education on essential 21st-century skills and real-life skills, such as coding, entrepreneurship, effective communication, sexual and menstrual health education, leadership abilities, critical thinking and teamwork, cultural education, arts and crafts, music, and emerging technologies. This hinders their personal and professional development, putting them at a disadvantage in the global race for skills and career success. Having no medium to explore their curiosity and find their passion, children are being left out in the global race for skills & development and career.

How do we do that?

With teachers of more than 20 years of experience in the field, Ioza Learning is India’s first live academy for sexual and menstrual health for children of today to raise future leaders of tomorrow.

We believe in the age-old adage “learn as you do” and seek to implement this methodology onto our way of teaching. For this purpose, we have devised the most enjoyable teaching pedagogy. Our classes consist of at least 75% activity based learning such as real world case study, activities, online games and cornerstone projects. We teach children those essential real life skills which are suitable for the 21st century era – which should have been taught at school. We offer parents access to an affordable and world-class “life” academy for their children to upskill, explore and follow their curiosity, find their passion and grow up to be future leaders of India.

The children of today are the Adults of tomorrow who will lead India into the future. We aim to instil necessary life skills and make them more empowered, responsible freethinkers with a bias for action.

Our Teachers 

The educators of Ioza Learning are hand-picked from a rigorous 4-step selection process. For example – for “Sex Education For Kids”, our educators are professional Sexuality Educators from Reputed University such as Brown University, Harvard Business School etc. They have more than 2+ Years of Experience  in teaching Sex Education to Kids and Teenagers, and are top of the cream. Similarly, For “Menstruation Education” course designed for Girls aged 10 to 15, Our educators are Women Hygiene and Menstruation Experts who have founded similar organizations, have taught menstrual hygiene for 2+ years and have conducted more than 1000+ live classes on the same.

Some Statistics Regarding the “Need” of our courses –

• 23 Million young girls drop out of school only due to periods.
• More than 71% of Indian girls were unaware of menstruation till their first periods 
• 70% of mothers consider “Menstruating Daughters” as dirty.
• 23% of adolescent girls were unaware that “Uterus” is the source of bleeding.
• In India, there were 2.1 million people with HIV
• 75% of Indians were not financially literate, compared to 28% of BRICS, 23% of SEA and 33% of the world.

Our courses are designed to solve these specific issues. We aim to educate  youth of today who shall go on to become a responsible and empowered Adult of Tomorrow.
